LoveMaxxers are people who maximize the infinite power of Love into their lives. We are hyper-intentional in making sure that everything we do and say is powered by Love.
Relationship intelligence matters right now because every area of life rises or falls on the quality of our relationships — with God, with ourselves, and with other people.
People do not rise or fall based on talent alone. They rise or fall based on how they relate.
In an age of disconnection, emotionally reactive leadership, and relational burnout, people need practical wisdom, emotional awareness, spiritual grounding, and healthier relational frameworks more than ever.
For me, relationship intelligence is deeply connected to spiritual maturity and leadership formation.
Relationship intelligence is now a leadership competency, not a “soft skill.”

LoveMaxxer™ shares important common ground with Emotionally Healthy Discipleship and other respected Christian formation resources. We affirm the need for emotionally mature disciples, beneath-the-surface transformation, healthy communication and leadership that flows from a healthy interior life with God.
LoveMaxxer™ does not exist to compete with, replace or diminish Emotionally Healthy Discipleship. It offers a complementary and distinctly experiential pathway.
Emotionally Healthy Discipleship helps people develop the emotional and spiritual foundations of mature discipleship. LoveMaxxer™ helps people recognize what that maturity requires when love is tested in real time.
Through interactive teaching, personal reflection, storytelling, case studies and relational role-play, participants examine the beliefs, wounds and patterns influencing their responses. They then practice making healthier choices during the critical “Choice Moments” when emotions, relationships, power and pressure collide.
Rooted in a biblical understanding of love (Agape, Storge, Philia and Eros) LoveMaxxer™ translates timeless principles into practical relationship intelligence for people from many walks of life. Its experiences can serve individuals, couples, families, parents, churches, ministry teams, workplace leaders, organizations and creative professionals.
